# Your club dashboard

Club HubEveryone who uses the Club Hub3 min read

The first screen in the Club Hub: your club this season at a glance, arranged the way you want it.

## What’s on it

At the top is your club’s badge and name. If your club is part of an organisation, its name is underneath (**Part of …**).

At the right of the club’s name is a **sliders button**, which customises the dashboard (see below).

![The top of the Club Hub dashboard: the club’s badge and name, the sliders button, and the Club at a Glance widget](/help/club/your-dashboard-1.jpg)

Under the club’s name, always at the top:

- **Next up**: your club’s next game, today’s first, with both clubs’ badges, when, where and the competition. Once the game is under way it says **Live**, and **Ended** when it’s over. **Open the match centre** takes you to the game in the Team Hub.
- **Needs you**: what’s waiting for you, each a tap to where it’s done: games to record, join requests, players owing money and booking requests waiting in Facilities. You only see the ones you’re allowed to deal with. When nothing is waiting, it says **You’re all set**.

Then come the widgets, which you arrange yourself:

- **Club at a Glance** — four numbers: **Teams**, **Active players**, **Matches played** and **Wins**. Matches and wins are counted from recorded results this season.
- **Match Day** — today’s games. Each says where it’s up to: **To record** (or **Not started** if you can’t record it), **Live** or **Ended**. Tap a game to open it in the Team Hub as that team. With no game today it shows the next one. It isn’t offered if your club has [switched off live match recording](/help/club/hiding-what-your-club-doesnt-use/).
- **Upcoming Fixtures** — the next five games, soonest first.
- **Recent Results** — the last five recorded results.
- **Performance Trends** — played, won, drawn, lost and win rate this season.
- **Season Record** — the same, plus goals for, goals against and goal difference.
- **Teams Overview** — your first five teams, each linking to its squad.
- **Squad Statistics** — how many players are registered across the whole club.
- **Who’s Out** — players injured right now and when they’re expected back, and everyone serving a suspension, if you’re allowed to see them.
- **Club Administrators** — everyone with a role at your club and its teams (admins, the secretary, the welfare officer, team management, managers and coaches), with their roles. Tap anyone to open their page; **People → Staff** is where roles are given.
- **Facilities Today** — for club admins and the secretary at a club that lets its pitches: today’s bookings, in time order, and how many booking requests are waiting for an answer, each a tap into Facilities.
- **Money Owed** — for club admins and the secretary: the total of player payments past their due date, and who owes it, biggest first. It links to **Payments**.

A widget with nothing to show yet says what will fill it (_Record a result to see your season_), rather than a row of zeros.

## What does this number mean?

Every widget has an **ⓘ** beside its title. Tap it, or hover on a computer, and it tells you what the figure is, where it comes from and what it covers. Fixtures without a recorded result don’t count towards any record.

## Getting the latest numbers

Your club’s numbers load when you open the app. To fetch them again, pull down from the top of the dashboard on a phone, or refresh the page on a computer.

## Arranging your dashboard

1. Press the **sliders button** at the right of the club’s name. **Customise dashboard** opens, listing every widget.
2. For each widget you can:
    -   use its switch to show or hide it. **Club at a Glance** can be hidden or moved like any other;
    -   press **Half** or **Full** to set its width. That only matters on a wide screen: a phone shows one column;
    - drag the handle to move it, or use the up and down buttons.
3. **Reset to default** puts everything back as it started.
4. Press **Done**.

Changes apply straight away.

**Your layout is saved on this device, in this browser,** for you and this club. It isn’t shared with anyone else at the club. It also doesn’t follow you to another phone or computer, so you set it up on each one you use.

## Elsewhere in the menu, for club admins

- **Messages** is where you write to your whole club. See [writing to your whole club](/help/club/writing-to-your-club/).
- **Configure** in the menu holds the club’s **Club details**, **Features**, **Settings**, **Venues**, **Documents & consent** and the **Audit**, as tabs. What your club pays for, its add-ons, bill and invoices, is in the **Subscription** app, from the menu at the top left. On a phone, Configure is in **More**, and you can swipe left or right on a page to move between its tabs.

## A number looks wrong

The figures come from the fixtures and results recorded on LEKKIN. If a result is missing or wrong, it’s put right in the Team Hub. See [Running a match day](/help/team/match-day/).
