# Your club account and payouts

FinancesClub admins and treasurers3 min read

When Stripe pays your bank, the statement shows one amount. Your club account shows what was in it: which subs, which match fees, which bookings, and who paid when.

## One list, newest first

Open **Finances**, then **Club account**. It lists, newest first:

- **Payment requests** your club and its teams have sent, dated the day they were sent, with how many people still owe.
- **Bookings** with a price, named by venue and pitch, dated the day they were made, with whether they’re paid.
- **Payouts**, the money Stripe sends to your bank, dated the day it reaches the bank.

Press **Show older** to go further back.

## What a payout was made of

Open a payout to see each payment request and booking it covered, who paid, and when. Each section has a total, and Stripe’s fees, refunds and any adjustments are shown too, so it all adds up to the amount on your bank statement. **View in Stripe** opens the payout, or any payment in it, in your club’s own Stripe dashboard.

A payout made by hand in Stripe, rather than on Stripe’s usual schedule, can’t be broken down: Stripe doesn’t say which payments it drew on, and the page says so.

The first time you open your club account after connecting Stripe, LEKKIN fetches your payouts from the last twelve months. It takes a moment, and the page says when it’s still fetching.

## A request or a booking

Open a payment request to see everyone it went to, who has paid, when, and how, with each card or Direct Debit payment linked to Stripe. Recording a cash payment or writing one off is done in the Club Hub, under **Payments**: the page links there.

Open a booking to see who booked it, when for, what it cost and how it was paid. Moving or cancelling it is done in Facilities.

## Who can see this

Club admins, and your club’s treasurer. It’s your whole club’s income, so a secretary or a team’s staff don’t see it.
