# Your club’s documents

Player HubPlayers, and guardians2 min read

Documents is where your club puts what you, or the player you look after, should have: the handbook, the kit list, its policies.

## Finding them

Tap **Documents** in the menu. When your club shares something it has asked you to read, or a new version of one, you get a notification, and **Documents** in the menu shows how many are still waiting to be opened.

Documents are listed **by club**, each with its crest. If you look after a player, it says who they’re for. If you look after two players at the same club, you see that club’s documents once.

## Reading one

Tap **Open**. The document opens as a PDF in a new tab.

Ones marked **Please read** are the ones your club has asked everybody to open. They’re gathered at the top in a highlighted **Please read** box, each saying which club it’s from, with the same number as beside **Documents** in the menu. Once you’ve opened it, the label goes. If the club uploads a new version, it comes back so you can read the new one.

## What your club can see

When you open a document marked **Please read**, your club can see that it was opened, and when. **That’s all**: opening a document isn’t agreeing to it. If your club needs you to agree to something, it will ask you in **Consents**.

If you look after a player, opening a document counts for them, and for any other player you look after at the same club.
