# Your team’s competitions — LEKKIN help

# Your team’s competitions

Everything your team plays in this season, with its tables, fixtures and results, and a way in and a way out.

## Where it is

Open **Competitions** in the menu (on a phone, under **More**). Managers, coaches and the club’s admins see it. Joining and leaving are for the manager and the club’s admins.

It has two tabs:

-   **Current season**: the competitions your team plays in this season.
-   **Previous seasons**: what your team played in during seasons that have ended, newest first, and any of your club’s own competitions it was in that have since been archived. The tab is there once there’s something in it. Open one to see that season’s final table and results.

Both are a table, each competition with an icon for a league, a cup or friendlies, then who runs it and its season. On a phone each competition is a card.

**Current season** lists its **league** first, then **cups**, then your club’s **friendlies**, each saying whether the team is entered yet. A league your club named for the team is entered by its first match there. Open one to see its **Table** (or a cup’s **Rounds**), **Fixtures** (until its season ends) and **Results**, and **About** (a cup also lists its **Teams**): who runs it, how a game is played there, and its **suspension rules** (how many matches each kind of sending-off brings, and how many cautions by which date bring a ban). A club in a league that isn’t on LEKKIN, and was added by another club, is shown as “A team not on LEKKIN”.

## Joining a competition

1.  Press **Join a competition**, the round button in the corner.
2.  Choose your **county** to narrow the list, and search by name. Only competitions for your team’s sport that **let clubs enter themselves** are listed. Can’t find yours? Press **Missing league? Tell us which** and we’ll add it.
3.  Press **Join**. Your team is entered for the season running now, and you can add fixtures in it.

A league that decides its own entries isn’t listed. Ask the league, or your club.

## Leaving a competition

Press **Leave** beside it and confirm. You can’t leave once your team has **played a match** in it, or while a match there is **still arranged**: move the match to another competition, or delete it, first.

## Confirm your competitions for the new season

When your team’s new season starts, the page asks whether its league is still right:

-   **Same as last season**: nothing changes.
-   **It’s changed**: the league picker opens on the team’s current league. Choose the new league or division, or leave it empty if it isn’t in one now, and press **Save**.
-   **Not in a league now**: the league is cleared.

Your club’s admins see the same question in the Club Hub. Answered in either place, it’s answered.

## Your club’s own competitions

A league or cup your club runs, invited clubs only, is under **Current season** once your team is in it, and moves to **Previous seasons** when it is archived.
