## The problem

A grassroots club runs on a spreadsheet somebody owns, four WhatsApp groups nobody reads, and one volunteer who knows where everything is. It works until that person is away, and then it does not.

LEKKIN is the one place all of it lives — so the club keeps working when the person who runs it goes on holiday.

## If you run the club

Secretary, chair, club admin — whoever the answer is when somebody asks “who sorts that out?”

-   **Every team in one place.** Squads, staff and players across all your sides — not one spreadsheet per manager.
-   **Fixtures across every competition.** League, cup and friendlies together, from your club’s side of the pitch.
-   **Availability, answered.** Ask the squad once and see who is actually playing before you pick a side.

## If you run a team

-   **Pick from who can play.** Anyone who has said they cannot make it is left off the team sheet, so you choose from the players who can.
-   **Record the match as it happens.** Goals, cards and subs from the touchline on a phone, even when the signal goes.
-   **The club sees it too.** The result you record shows on the club’s dashboard without you sending anything.

If your club is not on LEKKIN yet, anyone can set it up in four short steps, then give the secretary and the other managers their own roles.

## And when you let your ground

Clubs with their own pitches can take bookings and payments through LEKKIN too — with your own fixtures already in the diary, so nobody lets the Saturday morning slot the first team is playing in.

That part is paid: **£20 a month** for one bookable facility, never more than **£60** however many you have. The money goes to your account, not ours — we take no commission.
