The fixtures, the squads and the subs are spread across all of them. Somebody has to hold it together, and it is usually the same person every week. ## What LEKKIN does for a rugby union club - **Every side under one club.** Minis, juniors and senior sides with their squads and coaches, without a spreadsheet per age group. - **Fixtures in one list.** Every fixture your sides play, from your club’s side, in one place. - **Know who can play.** Ask the squad once and see who is available before you pick the side. - **Players and their guardians.** Minis and juniors are reached through their guardian where one is recorded, with no separate contact list to keep. - **Collect subs by card and Direct Debit.** Straight into your club’s own account, with who owes what in one list. - **Let your pitches.** Take bookings and payment for your pitches, with your own fixtures already in the diary. ## LEKKIN for rugby union, in the app Rugby union’s own screens are coming. What subs collection and facility booking cost is on the [full price list](/pricing/). ## Rugby union clubs ask ### Can one club run minis, juniors and senior sides together? Yes. Every side sits under one club, each with its own squad and coaches, and the club admin sees all of them. Coaches can be given access to their own side only. ### Can we take bookings for our pitches? Yes, with the facility booking add-on. Your own fixtures are already in the diary, so a hire cannot land on a slot your side is playing in, and payment for a hire goes to the club’s own account. ### Can our rugby club collect subs by Direct Debit? Yes, by card or Direct Debit, straight into the club’s own account, with who owes what in one list across every section. ### Can guardians see what their player needs to know? Yes. Where a player has a guardian recorded, the guardian is reached for them: availability requests, fixtures, and what is owed. Players and guardians use the Player Hub to see when they play and what they owe. ### Can the team talk to each other in LEKKIN? Yes. Each team has its own messages: the coaches post, and players, or their guardians, read and reply. Staff can message each other directly and start group conversations with the people they choose. LEKKIN also tells people what changes, in the app and by email, such as a new fixture, a request for availability or a payment due. Some clubs keep a chat group as well; availability, the team sheet and payments stay in LEKKIN, where there is a record of them. LEKKIN also runs [football clubs](/football/) and [netball clubs](/netball/).
