# Terms of service — LEKKIN > The terms on which LEKKIN is provided: what is free, what is paid, how payments work and how either side can stop. # Terms of service Last updated 3 November 2026 ## 1\. Who these terms are with LEKKIN is provided by Digital Nature Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 13216729, registered office 10 Glenholme Road, Farsley, Pudsey, England, LS28 5BY. VAT registration number GB 434 6784 69. In these terms “we” and “us” mean that company, and “you” means the club or organisation using LEKKIN. Using LEKKIN means accepting these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a club, you confirm you are entitled to do so. ## 2\. What you get for nothing The football platform is free: clubs and teams, players and guardians, fixtures and results, availability, match recording, notifications. We may add to that list. If we ever charge for something on it, we will tell you well before the charge starts, and nothing is charged unless your club chooses to pay for it. Free does not mean unsupported, but it does mean provided as-is: we give no guarantee of availability for the free platform, and we may change or withdraw individual features. Where a change would materially reduce what you can do, we will tell you before it happens. ## 3\. What is paid Some features are paid add-ons. Each one is optional. What each add-on costs, and what its price is based on, is shown on the [pricing page](/pricing/). Prices include VAT. **Adding one.** Someone who administers your club adds an add-on from within the app. It is available as soon as the payment is confirmed. **How it is billed.** Add-ons are billed monthly in advance, together, on one subscription with one renewal date. Your first add-on is charged when you add it, and that day becomes your monthly renewal date. Anything you add or change after that is charged pro rata up to the renewal date and shows on your next invoice. Where an add-on comes in more than one size, you can move between them at any time on the same pro rata basis. **Removing one.** There is no minimum term. Charges continue monthly until you remove the add-on, which you can do at any time — see clause 8. ## 4\. Payments your club takes Some features let your club take payments. To use them, you connect your club’s own Stripe account to LEKKIN. The account belongs to your club: you agree Stripe’s terms with Stripe when you connect it, and you manage it through Stripe’s own dashboard. Money paid to your club goes straight into that account. It does not pass through us, **we take no cut of anything paid into it**, and we hold no funds on your behalf. Stripe charges its own processing fees to your account, under your agreement with Stripe. Because that money is yours, the contract for whatever you are being paid for is between your club and the person paying. We provide the system you take the payment in; we are not a party to that contract, and refunds, disputes and chargebacks on those payments are yours to handle, through your Stripe account. ## 5\. Your data and your members’ data You remain responsible for the personal data you put into LEKKIN about your players, their guardians and your officials — you decide what to collect and why. We process it to provide the service and for nothing else. What we do with it is set out in the [privacy notice](/privacy/). **Fields of your own.** You can add your own fields to your players’ records. What you record in them is yours to decide and yours to answer for. If you record health information or any other special category of personal data, you are responsible for having a lawful basis and a condition for processing it, for recording only what you need, and for choosing who at your club can see it. You can ask us to export or delete your club’s data at any time. **Systems you connect.** If you connect your own website or systems to LEKKIN through our API (the developer platform), you choose what each connection may see and change and where it sends data, and you are responsible for those systems and for what they do with the data they receive, including anyone you ask to run them. Whoever you give API access to acts for your club. You can see what each connection has changed, and switch it off at any time. What a connection can and cannot receive is set out in the [privacy notice](/privacy/#integrations). **AI assistants.** If you allow the people at your club to connect an AI assistant to LEKKIN, each assistant acts as the person who connected it and can only do what they can do. What it reads is sent to the company that runs it, under that company’s terms, and we are not responsible for what that company does with it. You can switch it off for your club at any time. More in the [privacy notice](/privacy/#ai-assistants). ## 6\. Accounts and access Signing in happens at [login.lekkin.app](https://login.lekkin.app). Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for what is done through your account. Tell us promptly if you think somebody else has access to it. ## 7\. Acceptable use Do not use LEKKIN to break the law, to store data you have no right to hold, to attempt to reach another club’s information, or to interfere with the service for anyone else. We may suspend access where one of those is happening, and we will tell you why. ## 8\. Stopping You can stop a paid add-on at any time from within the app. It stops immediately and you are credited for the unused part of the month. Anything you already created with it is not deleted. The free platform continues. We may end this agreement by giving you 30 days’ notice, or immediately if you are in serious breach of clause 7. If we end it for convenience, we refund the unused part of anything you have paid. See [cancelling and refunds](/refunds/) for the detail. ## 9\. What we are responsible for We will provide the paid service with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, business or goodwill. For anything else, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else which cannot lawfully be limited. ## 10\. Changes to these terms We may change these terms. If a change is material we will tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can stop the paid service before it does. ## 11\.
