The problem

A rugby club is several clubs sharing a clubhouse: minis, juniors, seniors, often a women’s side, each with its own coaches and its own way of doing things. The fixtures, the squads and the subs are spread across all of them.

Somebody has to hold it together, and it is usually the same person every week.
