Football clubs ask
Does LEKKIN replace the FA’s Whole Game System or Full-Time?
No. Affiliation and player registration stay in the Whole Game System, and your league still runs its fixtures and results on Full-Time. LEKKIN runs the club around them: your teams, squads, availability, match-day recording, subs and pitches.
Can managers record a match without signal?
Yes. Goals, cards and substitutions are recorded on a phone at the side of the pitch and saved on the phone if the signal drops. They sync when the phone is back online.
Can our club collect subs by Direct Debit?
Yes, by card or Direct Debit, straight into the club’s own account. Cash and bank transfers can be recorded against the same list, so the treasurer sees who owes what in one place.
Can guardians see what their player needs to know?
Yes. Where a player has a guardian recorded, the guardian is reached for them: availability requests, fixtures, and what is owed. Players and guardians use the Player Hub to see when they play and what they owe.
Can the team talk to each other in LEKKIN?
Yes. Each team has its own messages: the coaches post, and players, or their guardians, read and reply. Staff can message each other directly and start group conversations with the people they choose. LEKKIN also tells people what changes, in the app and by email, such as a new fixture, a request for availability or a payment due. Some clubs keep a chat group as well; availability, the team sheet and payments stay in LEKKIN, where there is a record of them.
