The football platform
Free
Everything a club needs to run itself: clubs and teams, players and guardians, fixtures and results, availability, match recording, notifications. It is free because the two halves of this product are worth more together than apart. It is not a trial.
Facility booking
Charged on how many of your pitches you actually let. Take bookings, take payment, and have your own fixtures already in the diary so nobody double-books the first team.

£60 is the ceiling. A club with ten pitches pays the same as a club with three.
You can try it free for 30 days first, with no card and nothing to cancel — it covers every pitch your club has. How the trial works
Subs collection
Collect subs and fees by card or Direct Debit, straight into your club’s own account. We don’t take a cut of the money. The club pays one flat amount a month, set by how much it collects through us in a year.

Developer platform
£20 a month, flat
Live API keys and webhooks, so your club’s website or membership system can work with your fixtures, results, squads and facility bookings. One price for the club, with no charge per call. It also lets the people at your club connect an AI assistant, like Claude, if the club switches that on. The sandbox, where you build and test against sample data, needs no add-on, and live keys can be tried free for 30 days. How the developer platform works
Payments for your bookings
When somebody hires a pitch, the money goes to your account, not ours. You connect your own payment account and we are never in the middle of it — so there is no commission to take and no float to wait for.
Stopping
You can stop facility booking whenever you like. It stops straight away and you are credited for the part of the month you have not used. Bookings you have already taken are not cancelled — you can still move them and still take payment for them. Nothing else about your club changes.
Finances stops the same way. Everything your club recorded stays, and you can still read it and download it; what stops is adding to it.
The developer platform stops the same way. Your live API keys pause straight away and you are credited for the rest of the month. Your integrations, keys and webhooks are kept, and test keys still work in the sandbox.
Questions we get asked
Is the free part really free?
Yes. The named list on this page is a decision, not an introductory offer or a trial. The paid extras are listed separately, each with its price.
What happens when the free trial ends?
If you have not bought facility booking by the end of the 30 days, taking new bookings pauses. Everything already in your diary stays: you can still move it, cancel it and take payment for it, and you can buy facility booking whenever you like afterwards. There is no card on file, so nothing is charged when a trial finishes.
What counts as a bookable facility?
One you actually let out. A pitch your teams use but nobody hires does not count towards the price.
Do you take a cut of the subs we collect?
No. Subs go straight into the club’s own account and we don’t take a percentage. The payment provider charges its own processing fee on each card or Direct Debit payment. What the club pays us is one flat monthly amount, set by how much it collects through LEKKIN in a year, and small clubs pay nothing.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. There is no setup fee and no minimum term. You can stop facility booking whenever you like: it stops straight away, and you are credited for the part of the month you have not used.
