Seeing what an integration did
Each integration has an activity log: every change it made to your club, newest first, and which of its keys made it.
Opening it
On an integration’s card, press Activity.
Each row is one call your system made, titled by what it asked for, like Added a player or Booked a pitch, with when it happened and which key made it. Open a row to see every step it took. Adding a player, for example, also puts them in the squad.
What isn’t listed
Reading. The log records what an integration changed, not every time it looked something up, so a website that shows your fixtures all day doesn’t fill it up.
Using it
- Something changed and nobody knows why? The activity log says whether an integration did it, and which key.
- A key has leaked? See what it did, then Revoke it on the integration’s card.
- Leaving a web developer? Give each person their own key, and revoke theirs when they go.
The club’s own record of changes, made in the apps as well as through the API, is kept too, for the same reason.
