Reports and the AGM summary
Reports puts everything on one set of books: what you recorded, and what LEKKIN took for you. It shows a profit and loss for any span, exports every amount, and prints the season’s accounts for your annual general meeting.
Profit and loss
Open Finances, then Reports. Choose This season, Last season, Last 12 months, or your own dates (up to three years). It shows income and costs by category, month by month, and the profit or loss.
Money taken through LEKKIN is there by itself: subs and match fees as they were paid, facility bookings with refunds taken off in the month they happened, and Stripe’s card fees.
Choose a team to see only that team’s money. Bookings and card fees belong to the club rather than a team, so a team’s report leaves them out and says so.
The spreadsheet
Press Download as a spreadsheet (CSV) for every amount behind the report, one line each, with its date, category, who it was paid to or from, the team, and any VAT. It opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets, and it’s what your accountant will want.
The AGM summary
Open the AGM summary tab and choose the season. It sets out the season’s accounts as members are shown them:
- income and costs by category, with the season before beside them where there is one;
- the surplus or loss for the season;
- the season’s budgets against what was spent;
- your sponsors, and what each brought in;
- your club’s name and badge, and who prepared it and when.
Press Print or save as PDF. Your browser’s print window opens: print it, or choose Save as PDF to email it to members. Only the summary goes on the page, without the app’s menus.
The figures are the same as the profit and loss, so the summary always agrees with what you’ve been looking at all season.
