Seeing who changed what
When something’s different from how you left it, the club’s history says who changed it and when. Here’s where to find it and what it shows.
Where to find it
- The whole club: open Configure (in More on a phone), then the Audit tab.
- One team: open the team from Teams and choose History from the button in the bottom corner.
- One player: open People, press the player on the Players tab, and choose History from the button in the bottom corner.
It’s there for club admins only. A secretary doesn’t see it.
What it shows
A table, newest first: when, who, what (in plain words, such as Changed a team or Switched a team’s features on or off) and what it was about (Riverside FC First Team, Robin Reyes, Kit committee). On a phone each row stacks into a card.
Open a row to see everything that one change did, and what each part changed, field by field: Name: First XI → First Team, Disabled features: payments. Some changes are several steps at once (adding a player also puts them in a squad and gives them the player role), and they’re all listed. Where there’s somewhere to go, there’s a link: the team, the conversation, or that person’s own changes.
Finding something
- Person: type a name to see only what was done to them or by them, staff or player.
- Kind of change: matches, money, people, grounds and bookings, messages, and so on.
- From and To: dates, both included.
The filters are part of the page’s address, so you can bookmark or share a view. Long lists come a page at a time.
Who did it is one of:
- a person at the club, by name;
- an integration, by its name and the start of the key it used, for a change your website or another system made through the developer platform;
- LEKKIN support, if we changed something while helping you;
- LEKKIN, for something the platform did by itself.
What it doesn’t show
- Who looked at what. Only changes are recorded.
- Anybody’s personal details. Contact details, dates of birth and anything somebody wrote (a message, a note) are listed as changed (not shown), never their values. It never shows an email address or a phone number.
- Anything at another club. A player who’s also at another club shows only what happened at yours.
Changes made before the history started being recorded aren’t listed, so an older player can show nothing yet.
