The clubs you play
One list of every club your teams play, with who to ring there, where their ground is and what colours they wear.
The list
Open Teams → Opposition. It lists, A to Z:
- every club your teams have a fixture against;
- every opponent your club has added that isn’t on LEKKIN. Only your club can see those.
Each one shows its badge, ringed in its club colours where it has them, its ground if you’ve noted it, and its home and away shirts. Press one to open its page.
What you can note
Everything is optional. Only your club sees what you note, never the other club, even when they’re on LEKKIN. In the Club Hub a club’s page is in four tabs:
- Details: for a club you added yourself, its name, short name and badge; and their ground, its name, address and postcode, and notes such as where to park or which gate to use.
- Colours: for a club you added yourself, its two club colours; and their kit, the shirt colours they wear at home, away and in a third kit, with the goalkeeper’s for each. Pick a colour, type its hex code (like #0F766E), or tap one of their club colours.
- Contacts: who to ring or email there, and their role (secretary, fixtures, the under-12s’ manager). Add as many as you need.
- Teams: each of their teams with its age group and gender. For a club you added yourself, they’re yours to set: rename a team, Add a team (their Reserves, their Under 12s), or Remove this team. A team they have games against you can’t be removed, and they always keep one. For a club on LEKKIN they’re its own, and only the teams you’ve played are listed.
You can move between the tabs before saving: press Save in the bottom corner when you’re done, and everything you changed is saved.
For an opponent your club added, Their club lets you change:
- its name;
- a short name, shown on fixture cards and in calendars where the full name is too long;
- its badge;
- its club colours, one or two, drawn as a ring round its badge wherever its games show.
A change shows on every one of your teams’ games against them, past ones included. A club on LEKKIN keeps its own name, badge and colours.
Their ground on away games
When you add an away game against a club whose ground you’ve noted, Where we’re playing is filled in from it. It’s a copy: change it if this game is somewhere else, and changing their ground later doesn’t change a game already arranged. In the Team Hub, the match’s Where we’re playing offers Use their ground on record too.
Adding an opponent
Press Add an opponent in the bottom corner, type the club’s name, and say which of their teams you play (its age group and gender). You can then add their contacts, ground and kit. Opponents you add while adding a fixture appear here too.
Who can do what
- Everyone who uses the Club Hub can look.
- Club admins and team management can change what’s noted. Club admins can add an opponent.
- A team manager can change it from the Team Hub: open Opposition in the menu (on a phone, under More) and choose the club, or open a match, then Their contacts, ground and kit under Opponent. It’s the same notes the Club Hub shows, and for an opponent your club added, the manager can change its name, short name, badge and colours too. Coaches can’t see them.
