The Finances add-on
Every club’s Finances app shows its club account and Stripe payouts. The Finances add-on turns it into the club’s books: money in and out, match day, budgets, sponsors, reports and an AGM summary.
What’s in it
Your Club account and Getting paid are in every club’s Finances app. The add-on adds:
- Dashboard: this month against last, and what needs you.
- Money in and out: what your club pays and receives outside LEKKIN, with receipts, and the costs that repeat.
- Match day: each home game’s crowd and gate, and what every match cost.
- Budgets: a limit for what each thing may cost, and a forecast of where you’ll end up.
- Sponsors: who sponsors you, what they get, what they’ve paid, and when a deal is up for renewal.
- Reports: profit and loss by month, a spreadsheet of every amount, and the season’s accounts for your AGM.
The money LEKKIN already takes for you (subs, match fees and facility bookings, less card fees) is on the same books by itself, so you only record the rest.
Finances keeps your club’s books. It doesn’t run payroll or deal with HMRC: wages and tax are for your payroll provider or accountant, and the spreadsheet export is there for them.
Trying it free
Open any of the sections above before your club has the add-on and you’ll see what it does, with Start free trial for a club admin. The trial starts there and then: no card, and nothing to cancel. Its length is shown on the button, and the price is on Pricing.
You can also start it, buy it or stop it in the Subscription app, under Add-ons, like any add-on: see Your subscription.
A treasurer sees who to ask instead: adding or stopping an add-on is a club admin’s job.
If it stops
If the trial ends, the add-on lapses or you stop it, nothing you recorded is lost. Every section stays readable, and reports and the spreadsheet export still work, so the treasurer can still answer a question at the AGM. What stops is adding or changing anything, until the add-on is back.
Who can use it
Club admins, and anyone the club makes its Treasurer. A treasurer sees Finances and nothing else: not the Club Hub’s admin pages, and not Getting paid, which is for an admin to connect.
