Your club’s settings

Club HubClub admins2 min read

How your club does things, in one place: the code of conduct people agree to, who can’t send or receive direct messages, and how each game’s player of the match is chosen.

Where to find it

Open Configure from the menu (in More on a phone), then the Settings tab. These change things for everyone at your club, so only club admins see it.

Configure opens on Club details: your club’s name, its Contact email (where a reply comes when the club emails somebody who booked one of your pitches), badge and colours. See Your club’s badge and colours. What your club uses is on Features. See Hiding what your club doesn’t use.

Each part of Settings has its own Save button, and saves only that part.

Code of conduct

Choose A web page and paste a link starting with https://, or A file (PDF) and upload it. Then press Save under it.

Once there is one, players and guardians are asked to confirm they’ve read it. A new link or file asks everyone again. With neither, nobody is asked.

Direct messages

Tick the groups who should never send or receive a direct message, even if they also help run a team: Youth squads (ticked to begin with), Players and Guardians. Then press Save under the list. See Direct messages.

Player of the match

How each game’s player of the match is chosen: by the team’s staff, by a squad vote, or by anyone. Your teams can choose differently for themselves, and the teams that have are listed underneath. See Player of the match.
