Running one team: match day, training and your squad.
Match day
Running a match day
Pick who is playing, record what happens as it happens, and get the result in — including when the signal goes.
Your team’s competitions
See your team’s league, cups and friendlies for this season, join a competition, and leave one.
Asking the club for a pitch
Ask your club for a pitch for a home match, and see on the match page whether it has been booked.
Your club’s own competitions
Create a league or cup for your club, bring in your own opponents, add its fixtures and record games between clubs not on LEKKIN.
Inviting another club to play you
Invite the club you’re playing, by email or a link you send, whether or not they use LEKKIN yet, so it’s one game on both clubs’ fixtures.
Answering an invitation to play
Another club invited your team to a match. Open the link, choose your team, and accept or decline.
Training
Your squad
Finding out who can play
Ask your squad if they are available, by hand or automatically, chase the ones who have not answered, and see it all in one list.
Asking your squad for money
Ask for match subs or a training fee in seconds, attach it to the game it was for, see who has paid, and record the cash you took or write a charge off, one at a time or several at once.
Who came, and your team's reports
Record who came, who was late and who didn't show, and see attendance, performance and results over any dates.
Day to day
Messages to your team
Post to everyone in your team at once, read the replies, and know who else can see it.
Group conversations
Talk to a chosen set of people: some of your staff, adult players and guardians. Give the group a name and a picture, and add or take out people.
Notifications on your phone
Get a buzz when someone posts to your team, messages you, talks about a lineup, or the club answers your pitch request, and choose which ones.
Importing your squad
Bring your team's players in from a spreadsheet: check every row before anyone is added, and see what happened to each one.
Your squad
See every player in your team, open a player to see their season, their injuries and any suspension to confirm or add, give them a squad number and positions, make them captain or vice-captain, add and remove their guardians, add players from the club or new ones, share your team's join link and answer requests to join, and bring somebody in for one match.
Direct messages
Message the people who help run the club one to one, and get a notification on your phone.
Hiding what your team doesn't use
Switch off what your team doesn't use, such as recording matches live or training sessions, so it's out of everybody's way.
Your team in your own calendar
Add your team's games and sessions to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook, kept up to date by itself, or add just one.
